How to Make Your Cleaning Service Go Smoothly

Minimum Service Time:
All commercial cleaning services have a minimum booking of 3 hours to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. -
After-Hours Cleaning:
For businesses that operate during the day, we can schedule cleaning services after hours or during non-business hours. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service requests. -
Security and Access:
Please ensure that we have access to all areas that require cleaning at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the space due to locked doors, security measures, or other restrictions, a rescheduling fee may apply. -
Client Responsibility:
Commercial clients are responsible for ensuring any personal or sensitive items are properly secured before the cleaning team arrives. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. -
Property Condition:
If a commercial space requires extra preparation, such as organizing or moving heavy furniture or equipment, additional fees or time may be needed. We'll discuss any requirements with you beforehand. -
Cleaning Frequency:
The recommended frequency for deep or high-traffic area cleanings may vary depending on the size and usage of the space. Serenity Cleaning will assess your needs and suggest a cleaning schedule that ensures your space stays in optimal condition. -
Specialized Equipment:
Services that require specialized equipment (e.g., floor polishing, high-pressure washing, or air duct cleaning) may be subject to additional fees based on the specific equipment and time required. -
Damage During Cleaning:
While we take the utmost care, Serenity Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces, carpets, or furniture that may be exacerbated during cleaning. -
Surcharges:
For locations outside a designated service area, a travel surcharge may apply. We'll confirm any additional fees before scheduling services for spaces located more than 20 miles outside of our base location. -
Product Preferences:
If you have specific cleaning product preferences or need green/eco-friendly options, please notify us ahead of time. We’ll do our best to accommodate but may charge an additional fee for specialized products. -
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes to your scheduled commercial cleaning. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee. -
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns. We will return and re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no additional charge.
